PLANTATION, FL / ACCESSWIRE / February 13, 2020 / LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:LMPX) (the 'Company'), an e-commerce and facilities-based platform for consumers who desire to buy, sell, rent, subscribe for or finance pre-owned and new automobiles, today announced the closing of its public offering of 1,200,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $19,200,000, prior to deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses. The Company has also granted the underwriter a 45-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 180,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
ThinkEquity, a division of Fordham Financial Management, Inc., acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily for strategic acquisitions, to build the Company's vehicle inventory, for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
