(NASDAQ:SPRT) today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a review of capital allocation alternatives to maximize shareholder value, including a potential return of capital to shareholders through a special distribution.

The Board has engaged Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as legal advisor to assist in the review.
