Investor Relations
The Company has retained the Blueshirt Group to lead its investor relations and financial communications programs pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties (the 'Agreement'). Under the terms of the Agreement, compensation payable to the Blueshirt Group is set at US $11,000 per month plus reimbursement of reasonable expenses. The Agreement can be cancelled at any time by either party with 30 days written notice.
